This role is permanent part time with the opportunity of 25 hours over the general times of 6.30-10.00am and 1.00pm-6.00pm. Vacation Care hours from 06.30am - 6.30pm. The successful applicant will take on the valued role of 2IC and be responsible for implementing the inquiry based program and Coordinator position for holiday cover. A unique, and supportive learning environment, alongside a hands on management team.Skills and Experience Required· Must hold a minimum of one of the following: Diploma in Children's Services or Certificate IV in Outside School Hours Care· Child Protection Certificates· 1st Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Diabetes and CPR· Food Safety Certificate· It is essential to have had previous experience as a 2IC within an OSHC/Early Childhood setting· An ability to plan innovative and engaging child initiated programs· An understanding of the NQF Wiliness to learn and incorporate the My Time Our Place curriculum and philosophy.Confidence to lead and be an inspiring role model.
