Transition to Work is a service to support young people aged 15-24 on their journey to employment. The service provides intensive, pre-employment support to improve the work-readiness of young people and help them into work (including apprenticeships and traineeships) or further education. We work within a client centred approach with small caseloads, allowing time for more individualised servicing.

As an Employment Consultant - Transition to Work, you will provide intensive support to a small caseload of youth jobseekers while maintaining a strong employment placement focus. You will manage job seeking activities and monitor progress against an employment pathway plan individually tailored to meet their needs, abilities and interests.

Successful applicants will:

• Be willing and able to meet and exceed KPI's
• Demonstrate attention to detail and maintain efficient and compliant documentation

This is a fixed term, maternity relief role commencing ASAP and concluding in August 2020.
