We are seeking successful professionals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. You will have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work within tight timeframes.
The Loan Advance Services Officer’s key responsibilities relate to;
Preparation of the Letter of Offer
Preparation of Security Documents
Checking of and certifying of files utilising existing security for settlement
Preparation of Guarantor Disclosure Information and Packages
Checking of the execution and accuracy of all documentation
Checking proposed security offered by the customer
Arrange finance settlements with other stakeholders (solicitors, other financial institutions, agents etc.)
Manage, authorise, complete and/or distribute any invite, settlement and/or lodgement that is to be completed via PEXA (Electronic Conveyancing Network)
Ensure documents are submitted for stamping and lodging in a timely manner.
The ideal candidates will possess:
Knowledge of the Consumer Credit Code and Banking Code of Practice (desirable)
LAPS/Bus LAPS/Equifax/My Landgate (desirable)
Intermediate MS Office
RFSB knowledge or similar
Strong understanding of Securities and Conveyancing
