As an Data Management Officer at Raytheon Australia you will be employed within the Intermediate Level Maintenance (ILM) facility, undertaking data management activities in support of the RAAF’s F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler aircraft at Amberley. The work you will conduct will be crucial for the operational capability of the RAAF’s frontline combat aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the maintenance of program Data Management (DM) planning documentation to address evolving needs of ACEASP
• Ensure DM compliance with both Raytheon Australia (RA) plans and processes.
• Protection of information and intellectual property to ensure compliance with Australian and/or foreign security requirements or distribution constraints.
• Assisting the Production Controller and Data Manager in the analysis and interrogation of technical data relating to the program and preparing presentations, reports, briefs, data and other documents as required.
• Developing and managing the ACEASP SharePoint site in line with RA requirements and assisting the ACEASP Project Managers with the ongoing planning, coordination and execution of projects.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications, to Diploma or higher level in a technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• SharePoint administration and management experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Australian Defence security clearance (Negative Vetting 1 level)
