The Role Our long-standing relationships with some of the region's most iconic and successful retailers are key to our success. The role of Inside Sales Associate is to provide Latitudes Retail partners with a main point of contact to assist with general enquiries and in return drive business growth through interest free sales volume. The role plays a vital part of expanding and strengthening current relationships to grow the retail partner space. Duties

  • Assist with all inbound enquiries from assigned retail partners
  • Make outbound calls responding to retail partner enquiries / complaints
  • Provide web based training for our retail partners to enhance their expertise in selling & promoting Latitude products & services
  • Build strong relationships/rapport with assigned retail partners enabling sales opportunities
  • Contact non-active retail partners to re-establish connection with Latitude’s products & services with the outcome of becoming an active partner
Skills and experience
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to objection handle and operate with a sense of ownership
  • Effective time management skills
  • An ability to work as part of a team to achieve strong customer outcomes
  • A reliable and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude
  • The ability and willingness to use initiative and learn new tasks quickly
  • Previous sales experience in retail is highly regarded
